殉教聖会が行われました。
私もその日は朝一番のテストがあるのに、勉強がまだ終わっていなかったので、4:30に起きて勉強してました。
殉教聖会には間に合うように帰ってくることができましたが、聖会中は眠気との戦い。
心を全部、神さまに向けることができませんでした。
大事な大事な聖会なのに、こんな自分…今回はすごく弱さを思わされた殉教聖会でした。
こんな者ですが、神さま、最後まであなたに従う者となれますように(｡-_-｡)
Yesterday, the meeting in the commemoration of the martyrdom was held in Nagasaki.
Though I wanted to go, I live in Tokyo and Nagasaki is so far.
And I had the exam at early morning so I had studied since 4:30 a.m.
I had able to be my home at the meeting time but I was soooo sleepy while that.
I couldn't turn whole my heart toward God.
It was the soooo important meeting, but I was...
I was feeling my weakness in that.
God, please make me to be who able to obey you to the last.
The 26 martyrdom is the first martyrdom in Japan.
In 1597, they were caught by the shogunate and walked about a month from Sakai, Osaka to Nagasaki. It was so cold and they were hungry and hard.
Because the shogunate had prohibited Christianity. But they didn't not give up their faith.
So the shogunate use them as a warning to others.
But there was the God's plan.
They had been keeping talking the gospel and praising God to the last time, even on the cross.
People who were watching them, were blessed so much and thousands were saved.
God told to our church that to be following them.
So we hold the meeting in Nagasaki every 5. Feb. (but this year 5. Feb. had been Sunday, so we held that on 6. Feb.) .
We believe that God will make the revival in Japan.
